Illustration Friday: Monster

Had this great idea that fell flat on its face, after hours of labor. Grrrr. All that's left is this pencil portrait of Elsa Lanchester as the Bride of Frankenstein...which I was persuaded to post despite the fact that I'm sorely disappointed in the way that whole thing went.

To get the bad taste out of my mouth I did another depiction of the monstrous Bride in a pinup pose. :)

Don't be disappointed.... the pic is intense.... whether it's what you intended or not doesn't change that fact that it's a great piece of art.
