You have so many cool pieces here. I admire your versatility and cleverness in concept. I like it all, but in particular the water color in this post, and the scribbles from April 11th. I was stoked to find the Ashley Wood blog link too. I didn't know there was one.

Nice work! You are really talented with the figure drawing! That is a tough area to master for sure! Since I check out your blog on a regular basis I am gonna add a link on my blog if thats OK with you... Keep the great work rolling!!!!

màriam: Thanks very much!

moon: Thank you...it's always interesting to me when someone likes and comments on something in particular here—nice to know. And yeah—Ashley Wood—I was really pleased to discover that this fantastic artist had a blog!

patrick: Thanks for your comments! I would be very complimented to be a link on your own blog! :)

Charissie,
I just tried to leave a comment but it didn't take.

I was just saying that you have excellent work here and that I'm in a bit of a rush so my visit here is short(except for the rewrite)and I'd love to work with you and a few other people from blogger on an independent animated short-Whew!

Ok, lets see if this takes.
I wont log in this time.

Sorry for misspelling your name though. :(

... So that's how you roll, eh? Very creative. What sort of drugs or mind bending feats must I perform to translate my illustrations in that way?

Chrissie A said...

LOL, Dan :)

Actually, a large gin and tonic--my drug of choice--works very nicely to bend and twist the creative mind a bit. :D

Chris, I love the efforts in both pencil and watercolor. I especially like the pencil drawing and would like to see you take that drawing and add some simple washes of color just to see where it takes you.
